Planning Application Submissions
All projects are different, and we believe that if a project is more complex in it’s development, or sometimes if the project wishing to be undertaken is work to a Listed Building, then consultation is often required before submission of the plans to ensure the best possible outcome for the planning application.
We offer consultation services with planning officers in the form of pre-application advice.
A period of consultation with planning officers usually allows for a smoother process, which we can guide you through every step of the way.
These consultations allow us to discuss your proposals with Planning Officers, which will give your application the best chance of success. It also means that if any changes are to be made to the application to meet the requirements of the local authority they can be done before submission which will save time later in the process, this can cover an array of things such as the need for specialist or technical input, like tree or landscaping surveys or archaeological reports.
In the cases of complex or large developments, consultation with planning offers can sometimes save time in processing the application as any problematic issues that could arise, or the need for specialist surveys, can already be completed after the consultation and prior to the submission of the application.
Contact Us today if you feel your application may benefit from consultation with planning officers before submission of your proposal.
